When I use the app, it is much easier to get the rate I need and want as opposed to going through a third party like Priceline, who had me locked out of my room for 6 hours recently after checking in. The hotel staff fought to get payment from Priceline until it finally went through. And for that reason, I continue to stay here. The staff is willing to do anything to help out a customer who is doing their best, without a job, to pay her bill.

I want to love it. But with the rates fluctuating month to month it's hard to stay at an extended stay. You used to be able to get erase extended throughout your stay but no one seems to have the capability from corporate all the way down to the hotel itself. You literally have to switch extended stay America hotels monthly and search for the rate yourself to get a deal.

God be with you - this was a very difficult experience, I would never recommend it, and found the management to be abrasive no ability to articulate or they up charge you if you don't pay the rent on time that seem to be incredibly hard for them to explain I would go down on a Friday to pay have a line that was 45 minutes to an hour and say well should I come back in the morning they would always say yes and then book us the full rate. I would never recommend this hotel . ever. Never.
